You can fill out the registration form online or you can download the app to your phone and have access to all WI Convention registration forms as they become available.

To complete the online form for the 2027 Convention, start by clicking on the Aloha image below. Next, you will either download the app or fill out the form online.

NOTE: In the app, you can register now for either the 2026 or the 2027 Convention. To access the 2027 Convention:

• If on a phone, in the address bar, click on the drop down menu icon for the 2027 Convention link in the App
• If on a tablet, click on the 2027 Convention hyperlink in the address bar on the right
• On the desktop computer click on the 2027 Convention hyperlink on the far right in the address bar.
