Online Registration is now available for the 2025 WI State Square & Round Dance Convention!! You can fill out the registration form online or you can download the app to your phone and have access to all registration forms as they become available.

To complete the online form for the 2025 Convention, start by clicking on the image below - you can download the app or fill out the form online.

NOTE: If you downloaded the app for the first time to register for the 2023 convention, a message will appear when you reopen the app stating that the name of the app has changed. That is true - The app is now the 2025 Convention so it is ok to continue using the app. Go ahead and register for the 2025 convention using the same app. Please reach out to the Webmaster if you have any questions/concerns.
