2026 Online Registration

Online Registration is now available for the 2026 WI State Square & Round Dance Convention!! You can fill out the registration form online or you can download the app to your phone and have access to all registration forms as they become available.

To complete the online form for the 2026 Convention, start by clicking on the image below - you can download the app or fill out the form online. In the address bar, click on the drop down menu icon for page 2 of the app if on your phone, or click more on the tablet to get to page 2, or on the desktop computer click on the 2026 Convention hyperlink.
